- Includes thermostatic valve TVH.4101 with integral service stops
- 3/4" NPT connections
- Single output port
- Two safety stops at each water inlet to prevent water flow during installation and repairs
- Bottom handle controls the temperature of water flowing through the outlet
- Top handle controls the water volume from full flow to a trickle
- Anti-scald temperature stop ring with push-button on the side of the handle knob
- Anti-scald prevents rotating to full HOT position unless the push-button is pressed
- The anti-scald temperature stop ring must be fitted tightly over the valve (tapping with a rubber mallet may be required)
- Valve installation: maintain a distance of 2.77 to 3.44 inches from back of valve to finished tile
- The valve must be installed straight and not at an angle or upside down
- If tile is thicker or wall depth is greater, extension kits are available to elongate both handles
- Cut-out dimensions: 6.49 x 4.44 inches
- Trims: well-finished cover plate and handle knobs; trims may vary in shape and size from square to circular to suit different shower models
