Features and Specifications
- TVH.2717F thermostatic valve with 3/4" NPT connections and two water output ports operable one at a time (non-shared port operation).
- CAL-Green compliant cartridge options: default Model #15109, a CAL-Green compliant 2-output non-shared cartridge; Model #15103 for shared port operation to activate two ports simultaneously.
- Right handle sets the water temperature; left handle diverts water between the two output ports and controls flow from full to trickle.
- Horizontal or vertical installation capability.
- Two safety stops at each water inlet to prevent water flow during installation or repairs.
- Anti-scald ring over the temperature control knob; press the side button to rotate toward hot, and ensure the ring is fitted tightly for proper function.
- Valve installation requires back-of-valve to finished tile distance between 2.77" and 3.44" (Rough-In Spec); install straight to avoid angle or depth issues.
- Cut-out in wall should be 7.89" x 1.89" inches, properly covered by the trim plate.
- Trims include a well-finished cover plate and handle knobs; trim plate covers the wall and varies in shape and size by model.
- Cartridge compatibility: two cartridges are supported; default Model #15109 for two outputs, or Model #15103 for shared port operation to activate both ports.
- Solid brass construction includes thermostatic valve TVH.2717F with integral service stops and two output ports.
