Features and Specifications
- Valve: TVH.2717F thermostatic valve with 3/4" NPT connections and two water outputs that are operable one at a time without shared port operation.
- CAL-Green compliant.
- Handle operation: Right handle sets the temperature; Left handle diverts water between the two output ports and provides full volume control at each port.
- Horizontal or vertical installation.
- Supply stops: Two safety stops at each water inlet to prevent water flow during installation or repairs.
- Anti-scald ring: Above the temperature control knob, with a push-button on the side to enable full HOT rotation; the ring must be fitted tightly.
- Rough-in distance: 2.77" to 3.44" from back of valve to finished tile.
- Installation orientation: Valve must be installed straight and not at an angle or upside down. Extension kits are available to elongate both handles if needed.
- Cutout dimensions: 7.89" x 1.89" inches, properly covered by the trim plate.
- Trims: Well-finished cover plate and handle knobs; trim plate covers the wall; shapes vary from square to circular depending on the model.
- Cartridge compatibility: The valve ships with default Model # 15109 cartridge (2-output non-shared CAL-Green compliant). A shared port operation cartridge Model # 15103 can be used to activate 2 ports simultaneously.
- Construction: Solid brass construction; includes thermostatic valve TVH.2717F.
