Features and Specifications
- Valve: TVH.4101 thermostatic valve with 3/4" NPT connections and 1 output port.
- Supply stops: Two safety stops at each water inlet to prevent water flow during installation and repairs; integral service stops.
- Handle operation: Bottom handle controls temperature; top handle controls water volume from full flow to a trickle.
- Anti-scald ring: An anti-scald temperature stop ring sits over the temperature control knob with a push-button on the side; must press to rotate to full hot.
- Install specifics: Rough-in distance from the back of the valve to the finished tile should be between 2.77 and 3.44 inches; cutout in wall should be 6.49 x 4.44 inches; valve must be installed straight and not at an angle or upside down.
- Extensions: If the tile is thicker or valve is installed too deep, extension kits are available to elongate both handles (TVH.4101E).
- Trims: Trims comprise a well-finished cover plate and handle knobs; the trim plate covers the wall; shapes vary from square to circular.
