• Variable positioning: Versatile, linear drains can be installed anywhere in the shower and can be combined with all standard tile formats.
• Base Options: plain edge : This option includes the channel, a grate, a threaded nipple, a hair strainer, and level feet. It’s the ideal choice for those adhering to traditional waterproofing methods. flange edge or side outlet : In both versions, the Drain package includes the channel, a grate, 32 square feet of Superdry waterproofing, a coupling, and sealant. This design is specifically crafted for modern waterproofing methods, providing an all-in-one solution for your shower project. Ideal for new and renovation projects and generally for all bathrooms where space is tight.
• Outlet: 2" center located outlet.
• Flow Rate: Experience efficient water drainage with a flow rate of 9 gpm per outlet. Please note that flow rate measurements are taken at the outlet only and do not account for water in the channel or sheeting on the shower floor.
• Material: Crafted from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, the Kai Linear Drain guarantees lasting durability and exceptional corrosion resistance. This premium material ensures your drain is suitable for both indoor and outdoor showers, even in wet and humid environments.

• Easy cleaning: Completely removable grate and a hair strainer* (not included with Flange Edge bases) that fits inside the drain to collect hair and other debris, preventing clogged pipes.
• Easy installation: Flange Edge (F Models) and Side Outlet (SO Models) Flange Edge: Tailored for modern waterproofing methods, the Drain channel comes with a waterproofing collar securely sealed to the edge of the drain. The outlet seamlessly connects to the pipe using a coupling. To ensure a smooth and efficient installation, we provide an additional 32 sq ft. of Superdry waterproofing membrane, the coupling, and the sealant.
• Alternative Installation with Prefab Shower Pan Kit: For a convenient and quick installation alternative, consider using our Shower Pan Kit. This all-in-one solution integrates a pre-sloped shower board seamlessly with Superdry waterproofing, making it ideal for mortar-free tiled showers.
